We serve all of Volusia County, Florida. That includes Daytona Beach, Port Orange, DeLand, Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Deltona, Palm Coast, and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just give us a call.
Most Pioneer pools are complete within 12–16 weeks from the time permits are approved. The permitting process varies by area, but we handle all of that on your behalf and know how to keep things moving across Volusia County.
Not every day. We keep you updated throughout the build and will let you know when your input or presence is helpful. Most homeowners check in periodically, but you’re not required on site daily.
We do — completely. You won’t need to call the county, fill out paperwork, or chase approvals. We’ve pulled permits across Volusia County and know exactly how to keep the process moving.
Minor changes early in the process are usually manageable. Major changes after permitting or construction begins can affect timeline and cost — we’ll always be upfront with you about the impact before anything changes.
We’re fully licensed and insured in Florida. If an issue arises, we handle it — that’s part of what you’re paying for when you hire a professional team. You won’t be left figuring it out on your own.
